Courtney McGrailThe Askeaton/Ballysteen Parish Pastoral Council in Co. Limerick is hosting a film festival to run over four consecutive Wednesday nights.
Films by their nature can be informative, uplifting and reflective and with this in mind the parish group has chosen to show four films with various life themes: The Way, The Mission, Amazing Grace and Philomena.
Each night will comprise of a viewing of a film and then some time to chat about its impact in an informal and relaxed atmosphere over a cuppa.
All are welcome to the Community Hall, Askeaton, Co. Limerick on Wednesday, September 30 at 7.45pm for the first film of this festival of ‘movies that matter’.
