Mags GarganThe Hospitaller Order of St John of God held a concert in Dublin in memory of the four brothers and 14 co-workers who died from the Ebola virus in Liberia and Sierra Leone. The evening of music celebrated their lives given in service, compassion and hospitality.
The concert was directed by Sr Marie Dunne and featured the St John of God Choir with guest soloists including Patricia Bourke D’Souza, Fr Marino Nguekam CSSp, Linda Ledwidge, Alan Hynes and Emma Humber.
Sr Marie has composed a song, In Their Memory, which was launched at the concert and recorded by Fr Marino. All proceeds from the song go to the Ebola appeal in Sierra Leone and Liberia.
