“Wrong to judge the Church by the actions of certain people”

Youth contributor to the Synod on Youth, Percival Holt from India, said it would be “wrong to judge the Church by the actions of certain people” because the Church does not belong to people, but Christ.
Speaking at a Synod news briefing this afternoon he asked young people to know the Church cares for them regardless of creed.
 
The Synod on young people, the faith, and vocational discernment runs from October 3-28 in the Vatican.
